  • A Mavis My Way sales agent will complete your booking within 24hrs of your reservation submission by contacting you via the phone number provided at checkout. During business hours, you can expect a sales agent to contact you within 1hr of reservation submission.

    We are available Monday through Sunday from 8am to 5pm EST to assist you.

  • No, unfortunately we do not provide towing or road-side assistance.
Give us a call to understand if Mavis My Way services are applicable to you. 

  • A certified Mavis driver will arrive at your home, collect your keys, and inspect the vehicle. Both you and our driver will sign an agreement on the status of the vehicle.

    Your designated driver will then drive your vehicle to a nearby Mavis store. We have GPS tracking and dash cam recording capabilities to ensure your vehicle’s safety.

    Our store technicians will service your vehicle, and once repairs are complete, our drivers will bring your vehicle back to your location.

    • Our drivers go through thorough checks and training. Each driver is safety certified.

    • Upon arrival, you and your driver will agree on the condition of your vehicle. A record of this agreement is kept for any concerns on accountability regarding damage.

    • We have GPS tracking and dash cam recording capabilities to ensure your vehicle’s safety.

    We treat our customers and their vehicles with the utmost respect.

  • Vehicle Pick-Up & Drop-Off

    • Our certified Mavis Valet will arrive at your home, collect your keys, and inspect the vehicle. Both you and our driver will sign an agreement on the status of the vehicle

    • Vehicle must be operable and in safe driving condition

    • Vehicle must be in a safe location accessible by our drivers

    • Customer or a designated contact must be available on-site 

    • Vehicle must be insured

    At-Home Service

    • At least 6 feet of free space around all sides of the vehicle

    • At least 12 feet height of clearance for our van to get easy access

    • Max ground incline cannot exceed 10 degrees

    • Ground must be solid/paved (no loose gravel, compacted gravel is okay)

    • If your wheels have special lock nuts/bolts, please provide the key to remove them

    • Ability to move the vehicle on-site, with your key, to meet any additional requirements

    • Availability to sign-off upon completion of the installation
